The 11 O'Clock Comic train started off down the right track -- we chugged through topics like Top Shelf, the Apple iPad and our hopes and fears for the device and its impact on the comic book industry, more on Jon O's Mera and the emotional quotient to mark making, Fantastic Four #575, Remender's Punisher, The Chill and Area 10 from Vertigo Crime, Phil Hester's The Darkness from Top Cow, more Fables and Jack of Fables, Captain America, Fall of the Hulks (Alpha, Gamma, Incredible, Hulk, and Red, with a little Hulk: Winter Guard and What If? World War Hulk thrown in for good measure) -- but it all quickly runs off the rails as we begin our goodbyes when someone mentions the Deadpool variant for Siege #3, resulting in an additional twenty-some minutes of flat-out drunken CHAOS!

Just the Bullpen Bulletins duo yammering at length about their favorite comics company! Listen in awe while we tell the story behind our brief hiatus, discuss a slew of recently-published Marvel gems, butt heads on the merits (or lack thereof) of Fantastic Four #541, help a listener choose which Civil War trade paperbacks to buy, and read a few listener emails! Bonus! Witness a very, very long intro! Scream with laughter as Dean and Jerry swear like sailors! More Dada poetry (I think)! All this and a whole lot more in the triumphant return of the Bullpen Bulletins podcast! Praise BOB!

Greetings, true believers!

Bullpen Bulletins is a new podcast from Vince Bonavoglia and David Price bringing you news, reviews, and opinions on Marvel comics, Marvel characters, and Marvel's creators.

Once a week we'll be peeking into the House of Ideas and telling you everything that's great (and maybe not so great) that we're reading.

Huge thanks to Chris Neseman (from Around Comics) and Sean Whelan (from Raging Bullets) for drinking this idea into our heads.

Excelsior!
